REWITEC® ChainSpray reduces friction on rubbing metal parts, especially on chains of all kinds, and protects them from wear. Due to it‘s special composition, it is very adhesive and prevents centrifuging by centrifugal forces. The REWITEC® technology operates using innovative silicate particles, which are implemented in the metallurgical surface in a physico-chemical process under certain circumstances, such as wear, temperature and pressure. Small microscopic damages will be repaired, the roughness depth of worn metal parts will be reduced and surfaces can be rebuilt, leading to noticeable optimisation of friction and wear.
